A Sea Of Green

We have this thing at our church, we call it New Horizons. We cook, we decor, we bring entertainment and drinks, and the senior citizens, to include catholic, baptists, jews, evangelicals, just have to do one thing, show up.

They bring themselves and each other for a little soiree, to socialize, mingle, exchange ideas and have a great time for three good hours or so, or until there hearts desire. Today, it just happens to be St. Patrick’s Day and one of the member’ 90th birthday. Yes, she is ninety years younger and before the day was over, a little sip of the good ole Irish Coffee to brighten their day.

Go Whisper Go!

Eat your heart out birdy, I can do it too and on a wingsuit. Mommy, can you see me? I am  having fun. 3, 2, 1… yes, I am ready. I am flying mommy… yeeehhhh!

Who said diving was for humans only? I don’t know about you but I am certainly having a beautiful Sunday morning, and this just definitely my day. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. LOVE!

RIP Amy Winehouse

Not surprised here but disappointed as I was pulling for her; thought she would beat the odds. Amy Winehouse dead at 27.

She joins the club of famous musicians who died at 27. She long had a strange and publicized battle with drugs and alcohol. She could have had the world but the addiction was powerful and won.

I guess the pain was too much to bear, to intense that led her to self destruct. She is at peace now. No more fight, no more pain.
