What is your excuse for not exercising? I know, it is painful, exhausting but think about the reward. You will always look good, better then a cheeseburger, cute and slimmer then Slim Jim Guy. I strolling by the Docas, Lisbon when I saw this gentleman going by. I thought it was a lot peddling on a hand bicycle but once I saw his leg muscles, it was on. No, I say hello to the gym sometimes but not as often as I would like to.

It is Sunday a time to worship, a time to find your life’s purpose, count your blessings, be grateful to all life has given you and to offer. A time to find your happiness. You see being happy doesn’t always translates to possession of highest good but leaving your life’s worth with a purpose. I visited Basilique Notre Dame de Fourviere in Lyon, France. As a Catholic I was proud I got to visit as the church is one beautiful and humongous piece of architecture; the view of the city from there, however, will leave anyone breathless at Amen. Yes, I did my part today, hope you did too. I Went to His house and He says Hello! .
Venice, Italy
When you are readying to get into that gondola ride you anxiously been waiting for all of your life and your eyes are not on the vehicle or the water but on the tour guide. Venice is one of the most romantic cities in the world but at that point, something else was bringing some music to my romance and had me at hello. Yes, never thought a man in stripes would bring me repouse but cause me distress, could not pass out on the drooling, salivating man machine with butter right in front me. Say Amen to Jesus!
