Green Tea, Is Good 4 Your Head

Feeling stressed? Make green tea your beverage of choice or take an extract. In Japan, a study of more than 42,000 people found that drinking five cups of green tea daily reduces the chances of mental stress by 20 percent, compared to drinking less than one daily cup.
