Isn’t that a shopping cart or a new fashion accessory, and someone forgot to tell me all about it? It is a shopping cart; so, why are they wheeling it up in the neighborhood and where are they taking it to? I mean, I know where it is going but isn’t that considered robbery?

No, He Doesn’t Need It!
Perhaps, he needs it today but he did not need it yesterday. I first met him in 2007, panhandling, when I needed his help to push my old car off the road away from the incoming traffic. Back then it was only $20.00 tip for his assistance but I see the need in today’s economy. Still what is wrong with this picture?

It Is A Job Anyway!
With this economy, one needs to find ways to survive, take what you can get and I believe he just did.
It was extremely hot but the poor guy stood there for hours on end. Hope better days are coming.
