I had just finished a tour of Cailler Madison, Cailler La Chocolaterie Suisse factory, learned how chocolate is made, its process and types of cacao beans, nothing new here coming from an island, smelled different aromas of exquisite cocoa, tasted all the chocolate samples on the table the factory produces and was just in awe. Now, the verdict was in, they were saying hello to me, which one’s to buy as I set foot in the lala land of the souvenirs boutique. Too many to pick from and my brain wasn’t having it. I needed a moment to reflect on the trip I was going to embark but my brain still didn’t want to cooperate as each one of the tablets were pleading, pick me, pick me on a sea of many.
